If you have faulty paddles or failing thumbgrips this is the way to go
My original short paddles were faulty. The little bump on the back of both of them were both too small to press in the button far enough to click. This resulted in it not registering roughly 75% of the time. The cheap solution is to wrap electrical tape around the part with the bump on it so that it presses the button in far enough to register. This worked for a while but eventually my thumbgrips were beginning to wear out. The flat ones began to get air bubbles inside instead of remaining smooth, so I purchased these. Plus I wanted an additional extended stick for the occasion where I might want both thumbs to have a larger range of motion for more precise control. Everything works as advertised, and everything was shipped cleanly.Important removal tip: One note for those who buy. The D-pads are lodged very solidly inside the foam. To avoid scratching the paint on the D-pads, don't try to use the tension adjuster (flat gray tool) to remove either of them. Instead, lift the foam off of the case and press them through. You can completely tear the foam out without damaging anything. It has adhesive on the bottom to keep it fixed to the case. After removing the d-pads by punching them through the foam, you can then place duct tape or gorilla tape under the foam to keep it fixed to the case.

Good for price
Good product for price but I will say don’t magnetize as well as the OEM ones. Tend to fall out

Work fine but I'm still complaining.
After looking back at my order I realize I'm dumb and should have looked. But honestly I'm a little disappointed. The case has no place for the paddles when not in use. Which I do not always leave them on. Some games they are pointless. And the quality is good. But not great. If yiu look on the back you can see that they are gray metal parts with some gold paint. I imagine it won't last that long. Also, the gold on the thumb sticks is waaaaaayyyyyy different than the D-pad and paddles. I realize this is a pretty harsh review for something I gave 4 stars. But honestly everything is as advertised and it all functions. I'm just a spoiled, cynical, brat.

One of the USB ports broke.
Besides one of the ports breaking this charge pack does a great job changing. The 3 star rating is for the broken USB port alone. Besides that it is still charging my phone. When this breaks I won't be getting another one. I'll buy something more durable.

not nearly as good quality as the thumbsticks that come with the elite 2 controller
the original thumbsticks that come with the elite 2 controller are much better than these, the original rubber is softer and has much more grip, these accessories have hard slippery rubber, thumbs can't get a good grip...the paddles are fine but its pretty hard to mess those up as they're just pieces of metal that you click like a button..i'd say you're much better off just spending the extra 20 bucks and getting the whole microsoft accessory kit for 50 that comes with a case that holds the controller AND the accessories, AND comes with a charging stand that doubles as a charging case that charges the controller while its in the case by plugging into the outside of the case, very cool design...anyway these accessory parts are very overpriced for about 30 dollars, instead of just spending 50 on the original microsoft parts and way better case, im returning...
