so ive only used one other hair volume foam stuff, it dried my hair out a bit and isnt so soft etc. Does this dry out hair?

Does this product have a heat protectant

does the effect of thicker hair last for more than one day if you don't wash your hair every day - or does it flop?

I haven’t received my product still. i’m really not happy about this! where do i complain and get a replacement sent out to me asap or a refund!?
