What store brand bin liners work just as good??

I use black bin bags - no problem. They don't sit quite as flush as the expensive simple human ones but they work fine. I don't use a bag in the recycling side.

What are the dimensions?

Size: 50cm wide, 65cm high, 26cm depth. Inside: big bin 28cm wide and small bin 15cm wide. We dont bother with the expensive bin liners for the big bin just use normal black ones and the excess of bag goes into hole at the back. hope this helps

Which tesco bin liners fit the larger 30l section of the simplehuman recycler bin? (the one with 2 sections)

I use the Tesco 50L Tie Handle bags, 30L see too small.

can you remove the lid to clean it ?

The lid is attached with pins, this can be removed, but it not recommended. All parts of the lid can be cleaned while it is still attached to the bin.
