Cannot begin to explain how easy and straightforward these are and they actually work. 100% waterproofing for my front doorstep (on a hill) to prevent the torrent of water entering the house during the torrential downpours.I’m amazed! Simply open, unroll and set in place. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

This is my second purchase to soak up the rain water getting under my garage door to prevent it flooding the garage. It works perfectly but unfortunately due to the heavy rain we've had, I needed to buy a second as the first is gull to capacity. They absorb a massive amount of water and can be used over and over again. Just leave it in place and, when it dries out, it will go flat again.

I bought two of these Quick Dams for my back door. I have experience two floods in the last 5 years and wanted something to stop the water getting under the door. I have put one on top of the other outside the door being held down by a brick each side. They have done as they are supposed of done, and swell with the rain fall but I cannot at this time say whether they will stop the water from coming under the door without flood conditions, which I hope I don't experience again.

I had an area on the front door path that always left a big puddle which was such a nuisance. This has solved the problem. I just put it down where the rain pools and when it rained it puffed up leaving no puddle.I leave it in place it shrinks down until the next rain.

This flood barrier not only inflates quickly when in contact with water but also stopped my garage getting flooded out. I have now bought a total of 3 so I am ready for any deluge that may occur.

This flood barrier worked fairly well, but I had a couple of issues. First, I could have done with a slightly smaller size to better fit a restricted doorway. Second, because it absorbs water and expands, it didn’t keep up with the water flow initially, allowing some flood water to pass through.That said, once it was fully activated, it managed to stop about 95% of the water, which is still pretty effective. Not perfect, but a decent solution if you’re aware of its limitations.

Used this outside a garage door, does a decent job of keeping water and stuff out and is holding up well a year later.

I must admit, I read other reviews complaining of leaks and assumed they'd misused them.Nope. I placed mine straight across the driveway and the next morning, they've partially inflated and leaked the gel all along the seam.If it were marketed as a one-use item and priced accordingly, fair enough... but £25 for something which barely lasts 1 use?! No chance.
