The water meter worked great for me, consistent and accurate. Being able to check from my phone without going outside was really nice for monitoring daily usage. It stopped working after two seasons, but I reached out to the company and they promptly sent me a brand new unit for free, I didn’t need to pay even the shipping cost. Very impressed with the customer service, and the generous 5-year warranty!

I was so hoping this device would work. The hub installation was simple enough. But when trying to connect the flow meter to the hub, nothing worked. Numerous reboots of the meter and it still would not connect. Should have known that this would be a problem when instructions in the quick start guide call for a red light that never appears and the app ends up spelling device as "devic". Worst part - Amazon can't accept returns on this item. Went straight into the garbage where it belongs.

Tried to use this device for monitoring water usage from my RV’s onboard water tank. It works great as long as the RV’s router has internet connection, however unlike all of the other devices on the RV’s router that work fine when my phone is connected to it without any internet service this app wouldn’t work via intranet connection which is a very very poor deal when boondocking somewhere that there is no cell service or other WiFi connections.

I bought this to measure water I’m giving my new plants from the hose bib. Few issues — it can’t connect most of the time without many resets. Secondly, it can’t measure small flow of water like 0.3 gpm and I can’t be watering my plants at 1 gpm as that kills the whole point. Bought two of these and now they just around. Not a good value for your money, try something else unless you will be watering at high rates.

Since there is not timer function, and it seemed from product description that there was, I decided to purchase a different product. This actually worked well, just had problems with the useless error messages in app when trying to do something incorrectly.

I uploaded a video of the unboxing and showing the meter. What I really like is that it works not only on my iPhone but also on my iPad, there are so many companies that don't make apps work on both platforms and for the RV Park I manage we use an iPad. The hub and the meter work great, there was a few items that were missing in the written instructions but the video instructions worked fine. Overall I am very happy with the ease of use of the meter but most importantly it meets the needs of the challenges I was facing with monitoring water usage. Having the wifi capabilities with an alert will help me know right away when a tenant of mine is using water that exceeds their allocated gallons for the month, instead of walking to each meter and manually reading them. The only thing I would say for improvement would be the capability to get either a email report with all the devices consumption or some way to export the data.

I like to keep track of my drop irrigation system to ensure I'm using the optimal amount of water, especially here in the hot Nevada desert during summer. The wifi makes it really handy as it is 115 degrees outside today and the last thing I want to do is go outside. Works very well. And it's accurate. I tested it into a gallon bucket when I received this a couple of months ago and it was on point. I can check everything on my phone and it's great.
