Quality product from Canon
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Worth buying for home bound business or kids school work at home. Just that for a rich quality color printing, the paper should be more than 120gsm minimum.

Good
The printer is good. Copier also works effortlessly. I have been using my mobile for printing and it has been very easy to set up and use.

Decent Printer
Its pretty good but in few days of buying, was having some connectivity issues to print and took me a day to fix it. Also the color print is taking lot of time to print each page in comparison to black and white. My previous Canon Printer was better than this but overall decent printer to buy.

Constant issues and poor service - Disappointing experience with this canon printer
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Canon printer hoping for reliable performance, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Over the past year, I've encountered constant issues, including:Frequent cartridge tank replacement errorsThe power button not working consistentlyThe printer often fails to operate properlySuspected IC malfunctionDespite sending it for service 3 to 4 times, each time a new problem arises. The service process has been incredibly slow, with delays from Canon's service providers, and the issues are never fully resolved.I expected much better from a reputable brand like Canon, but this printer has been a major disappointment. I believe there might be a defect with the unit I received, and I am requesting a replacement under warranty.Note: for privacy I cover the service person's face

Gets job done but not well enough!
It's reasonably priced but not cheap. However it is slow in printing. Sometimes facing connectivity issues with wi-fi. Printing experience is not smooth as the cannon app often throws errors while printing. Printing directly from phone is not working often if canon app not used. I expect at least smooth experience, if not performance, at this price.
