Q: Can you put foaming soap in the reservoir?

Yes, that’s what we use it for. It works well.

Q: Can I use regular Softsoap with this or do I need a special foaming soap?

I make my own foaming soap by using regular hand soap and mixing it with water. The ratio I use is 1/2 cp liquid soap to 1/4 cp water. Stir together and then leave the rest of the space In the container for air (which it needs to foam) Works fine and is a lot cheaper than buying foaming soap.

Q: Does anyone know if you can adjust the amount of soap coming out from the soap dispenser?

Hi dear customer, The soap amount is adjustable( 0.6g/1g each time). Please press the power button for 3 seconds, the soap dispenser will turn off. Then turn it on and the soap amount has been chaged. Thanks! LAOPAO

Q: When the soap tank got empty and i refilled it, it stopped working. i even changed batteries, not working! why? what should i do? nothing comes out

Please review your instructions and the answers to the other questions here and then if it's still not working, contact the Seller- this Seller responded very quickly when my unit got damaged and even replaced it for me when it needed an internal repair I could not do. This Seller wants happy customers.
