Omg! I swear by these! These get me pooping! Plus they are filling! This is a fantastic deal-trust me-I’ve been eating them for years. I normally get a box of these locally for $10.79 for a box of 10 ( unless they are on sale). This is a win-win-win for me because I not only get a box of 15 ( instead of 10), it’s $2 cheaper on Amazon PLUS I get it delivered to my front door!!! I suggest drinking a lot of water with these, because of the high fiber content.,It will expand in your stomach and make u feel fuller longer. This is an awesome deal!!!

These tasted so great I snacked on 3 while at my desk.......3 hours later I'm laying in bed tossing and turning farting my brains out. I'm so gassy I can adjust the pitch of the fart like an instrument. 10/10 stars.

They taste good, they tide me over to the next meal, and the doctor said I should add more fiber to my diet.

I rated them to four star because they don't have a very good taste. Their smell is really good. Their taste is really dry. The size at the bar is decent. There are a lot of health benefits for you. There's a lot of fiber in this. The seal was great. Whenever we got the product it was not broken or anything and the calories are good.

High fiber of 9 grams. Tastes great with no funny aftertaste or side effects. The first three days I ate three a day to kick start my plumbing, then reduced it to one a day. Best value at $.75 a bar compared to IQ at $2 a bar.

Great tasting bar with fiber. Could use a little more protein but low in fat and sugar content isn't too bad. The price is right too.

Tons of health benefits at a very reasonable price. I suggest you do your own independent comparison, by the way they taste great and the price is fair.
