You get 4 gel strips inside of one box they come in packets that you get two of and there is two inside each of them just make sure you seal the package back up so it doesn't waste and dry out before using. They do help

I think u could they get very cold

Q: Do they expire? i need only one for my son but they won't allow it so i have to buy 3 of them. can i use them too?

You can definitely use them, they’re just not as strong or large as the adult ones but still work well for a headache or neck ache. The expiry for the ones I have are years down the line (2025 on a box in my drawer) so plenty of time and like other poster has said when you use one the pack can be rolled up at the top to keep the other fresh. Never had one go off or dry before I’ve needed it.
