I purchased this chair in August last year. The Chair is stylish and very comfortable. It's easy to assemble, and the company provides the necessary tools to assemble it.Quality-wise, it's not up to the mark. I had to replace the central mechanism twice in the last 9 months. The replacement parts were provided by the company for free, along with the video support for the replacement. The customer service is great.

It is comfortable to sit on as cushion and back and head rest are of good quality.However has some issues - the arm rest fixture is not strong enough - in a raised position, if you rest your arm a little on it it just slides down (and that too with a sudden jolt sometimes causing hurt). The height adjustment hydraulics are not reliable, every now and then the height slides gradually to the minimum level while you are sitting and working.All in all, it will be a great value for money if these issues are fixed - but in hindsight, would have avoided if I knew these issues will be there.

Writing my review after using the chair for 1 plus year, no doubt chair is awesome but apart from this customer service is way to awesome. My chairs base was damaged but as it provides you 3 years warranty I was provided with a new part within 5 days after raising the complaint. Customer executive female employee was very helpful in this entire process, she tracked and provided each and every detail during the transit.Thank you so much for all the help 😇
