-And I don't mean "brown-black", whatever that is, I mean brown. It has been very difficult, if not impossible, to find actual brown mascara, especially one that is reasonably priced. Drugstore brands are almost exclusively some version of black (black, black-black, jet black, blackest black?). Black mascara looks harsh and unnatural on redheads, blondes, and other fair-skinned people. I was very pleased with the size of the tube, you get a good amount of product for the money. The brush has plastic teeth rather than bristles but I'm fine with that, it separates better. The formula is also on the thinner side, so you can build without it getting "spider-leggy". Smooth on, dries fast and easy to clean up small misfires. It says it's waterproof and while it doesn't run, it does flake a little with exposure to water. It didn't smudge and was easy to remove with micellar. Great product for the price, so if you're fair and don't want strange-looking tarantula eyes, buy this stuff.

I've tried so many mascara's, cheap to expensive over the years. At 57, my lashes have become sparse. I was surprised how many bad reviews this had and wonder if a bad batch had been sent out. The one I got is great! It's gooy, if you pull out the wand to quick, you'll get a string of mascara, so go slowly. A lot sticks to the wand, which just makes lashes longer and thicker in 1/2 the time. I am allergic to most eye makeup, but not this one. The BEST thing I loved is that by the end of the day, I didn't have the black mascara shadow under my eyes! It really dried fast and the color only stayed on the lashes. This, after a full day of romping around all day with grandkids! This lengthened my lashes better than expensive brands! I'm buying another one, as I don't want to run out. Because it's thick, I will probably go thru it faster. Find with me since the benefit is worth it! AND it washed off so easy with just a makeup removing towel and water! (I only took off 1 star as the description made it sound like this had more fibers....) EDIT: STILL on the same tube after a couple months, so it DOES last! Also, hasn't caused an allergic reaction as most do!

To remove it, I could actually pull the product off my lashes like a stretchy soft glue. Weird. Won’t buy it again.

Ok first here are the pro's of the product. I liked the brown color I ordered because it matches my hair& brows better. I really don't like black mascara. It was also not all dried up in the tube like some I've ordered in the past have been. Now for the Con's. The brush is too big when using it on the lower lashes. It did curl my top lashes and it's just too bad they didn't add a smaller end to the brush for lower lashes. I had to use make-up remover to take it off on first try as the lower lashes were a mess. I will try using a thinner brush from an empty tube of Mascara here for my lower lashes next time. Hope this info helps.
