This backpack is great for travel with my Resmed AirSense 10. Before, I just used the extremely basic carry case that the CPAP machine came with, but there was only enough room for each component, and it was difficult to throw anything else in (like a tablet or small laptop). This backpack has a well-protected compartment at the bottom (with a zippered side opening) that fits the main machine (along with the water tank) and the power block comfortably. Among the numerous upper compartments, there are pockets for the air hose and headgear, as well as plenty of space for a tablet or laptop, electronics accessory case, toiletries case, books, etc. There are so many compartments that it's not unusual for me to unzip more than one trying to find something!The divider between the lower CPAP compartment and the main upper compartment can also be removed (it attaches by velcro on all 4 sides), which makes it into a more conventional backup with a much larger main compartment.Materials and build quality have held up very well so far (I gave it a pretty rigorous workout during a 2 week trip to Europe). Straps are padded and comfortable, and the insides of the straps have a nice porous pattern that helps it breathe. A strap across the back that allows the bag to sit on top of a rolling suitcase is very convenient (which other similar backpacks on Amazon lack). Zippers all function smoothly.Overall, an excellent buy if you're a CPAP user looking for a versatile backpack to take on your travels!

I don't like trying to manage multiple bags when going through TSA, airport concourses, and boarding planes. This bag lets me pack all my CPAP stuff with plenty of room extra for my dopp kit, tech bag, and backup clothes in case of lost luggage. The side compartment for the CPAP machine makes it much easier to pull in and out for TSA scanning versus the ungainly zipper in the Resmed case. Now I only have to carry one bag onto the plane and it even fits under the seat in case some bozos clog up the overhead bins with excess crap. The hose, mask, and power unit also have nicely designed storage pockets. The entire bag seems very well designed and the quality has survived many trips so far.

I will no longer need a second personal item to travel. My CPAP fit perfectly in the bottom compartment. The hose and mask were also able to fit in the same compartment as the machine. This opens up the rest of the bag for essentials. Very comfortable to wear. The bag feels sturdy including the velcro shelf between the top and bottom compartments. Pleasantly surprised.

The bag is well made in an attractive grey. It has multiple compartments: 1. A side entry for the machine, 2. A main compartment with several pockets for cords and sundry, 3. A rear section for laptop and accessories, 4. A front smaller section with big pocket for tubing, 5. A lower front section, 6. An upper front section, and 7. A shallow document section

I've taken this on a couple of weekends outings, and one week-long vacation that I had to fly to.For an overnight, this has plenty of room for a change of clothes and other stuff that I bring with me.For the flight, I used this backpack to carry on on the plane, and it worked very well!It seems to be very well made, has lots of pockets including a laptop sleeve, and sturdy zippers.I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it

Looks nothing like a CPAP bag. If you are ok packing light this is great. If you need extra space just remember this won't count as a free carryon just because your machine is inside. Holds my Resmed, laptop, phone, wallet and chargers with a little room to spare. Perfect for my travel needs.

Used this for my travels overseas and it worked great. I had plenty of room for my CPAP and spare clothes. With the bottom compartment having access from the outside of the bag made security a breeze.

The quality of the materials seems good and it looks nice, but there is no way enough space in the main compartment for my device. In fact, this is nothing other than an ordinary backpack with a shoe compartment on the bottom.

The lower case is great for my Philips Dreamstation with the humidifier attached. It is a bit “snug”. Used it for the first time to travel by train across France and Spain. Not much space left for other items but enough for what I needed.

An ideal travel companion that lets you carry your cpap without restrictions AND allows you too carry a few extra bits. Its very strong as expected from the price. Very easy to place the equipment in, and is comfortable to carry on your back or on luggage.
