Great value - nice laptop - very happy
This laptop is everything I need to manage my small business. I'm replacing an HP laptop I purchased a few years back with only 8GB ram (no ability to upgrade)- was super slow. I was more then a little nervous about buying a Lenovo. The company I worked for a few years back purchased Lenovo laptops to replace many of the HP laptops in the office. Everyone that got a Lenovo had a bad experience. I have nothing but good things to say about this Lenovo and would not hesitate to purchase another in the future. It's fast, light and does everything I need at a great price. Very satisfied!

Exellent Laptop
This is a very good up to date laptop. It handles all of my needs, which are, email, word, internet browsing. So my needs are relatively simple. It is fast for me and it has a great screen size and display quality.

Altogether a good laptop
I work on this machine for about 5 months. It's a basic but fast running nice laptop. Never let me down so far. The machine was new out of the box.Issues: the manufacturer warranty that supposed to be 12 months ran out already.The battery holds for a little over an hour.The USB slots are wonky not holding firmly.The Thinkpad center brought the system to brake down so I don't use it.

Great laptop.
My wife loves it. It has a perfect screen. And it has sufficient power to do everything she wants. I would buy another for a family member in a second. Great product.

Nice for Price!
This laptop is a good deal for what we need it for at home. Delivered on time and the Snow Bell USB credit card style drive is nice to provide 32 GB of backup storage. We haven't tried the one year office subscription yet but will do may update this post if it doesn't provide the 1 year free subscription.

Lenovo Ideapad 1
The system is slow and the processor cannot handle simple task. This computer isn't good for gaming or work. It takes forever to load Outlook, web browser, teams, and even right click takes a while to bring up options to simply pin to task bar or change display settings. Computer looks great and has many upgrade that should allow this to be a great device but the processor is so bad all the upgrades don't even help.Not an ideal Computer at all and you cannot even upgrade the processor or overstock it. One of Intels worse processors and don't understand why they even use these knowing it cannot handle or Process simple data commands.
