For the price - wouldn’t buy again it is too short on the toilet when fitted - also plastic threaded bolts which allow the toilet seat yo slip

Comfortable
The only problem was getting a replacement buffer as one of the 4 fitted collapsed and needed a replacement.I e mailed Feridras but got no reply so had to search Amazon for similar buffers and at the 3rd attempt found apack of 4 that was not exactly right having to shave off on the studs to fit the re drilled holes in the seat.Certainly not cheap. Amazon took back my 1st and 2nd lots and re-credited me with the costs involved. So now left with 3 Spares. Kind Regards Darby

Check the screwing mechanism in the seat, before you change it
The seat really should fit better, but it doesn't. Awful & not sturdy for my toilet bowl. Had to get another seat. The basic 1 was far better

Misleading description
Unfortunately this toilet seat is not made of wood, it's made of MDF, which is a composite material of sawdust held together with formaldehyde. They are considering banning MDF products in some countries, it can be hazardous. One star for the misleading description. Customers can look for real wood seats on Amazon by searching for "solid wood"

Cheap crumbling chipboard
Not as described, laminate coated chipboard that was crumbling when it arrived. Laminate was peeling and the wood ‘print’ was of low quality so you could tell it was printed plastic film
