Rich Men, Dead Men: Detective Inspector Simon Wise Crime Thriller, Book 1

The first book I have read by Michael Dylan in the DI Simon Wise series and it certainly won't be the last. What a page turner, an excellent fast paced novel. I thought there would be 'padding out' with the book being so long, but not the case here. Already pre-ordered the 2nd book which is out later on this month, can't wait. Just brilliant. Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. A great read, believable story and characters. Hope there are more to come. Would recommend. The proof reading could have been better.

First read but boy what a cracker of a book thoroughly enjoyed it. Simon and his team work well together and I can't wait for the next one hoping it's worth it,

A terrific book, a real page turner. Well developed realistic characters and believable plot. Cannot wait for book 2: to discover whether Tom is out to destroy Wise. Also want to learn why “Andy” went to the dark side. Hope this author continues to develop Wise & his team are they all “goodies”?

I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the characters but the editing errors were a nightmare and somewhat off-putting as it became a "track the errors" instead of the story! I shall await the next book with some anticipation of an improvement.

After reading Dead Man Running I followed with Rich Men, Dead Men. Both books feature DI Simon Wise who works in todays London.Complex storyline set in London, an area I know ( knew) well. I enjoy detective stories in Brighton, Edinburgh etc and it was a pleasure to read one set in London. It’s a long 485 page read which kept me guessing until the end. I hope more DI Wise books are in the pipeline 5 stars

Difficult to put this book down, characters are so believable and the story flows so well. Can’t wait for the next Simon Wise tale

Had me hooked from the beginning to the end, just couldn't put it down. Very much look forward to reading the next one.
