The kit has many adorable cut outs and shapes. It makes for a wonderful display of lunch snack items. And though creating the mini masterpieces is fun, it definitely takes time and at least for me practice. A nice plus that this kit has is ready made plastic eyeballs on toothpicks which is a time saver, and still super cute. I'm new to the bento styling game and found it all relativly easy to follow the demo on the Amazon video as well as observing the Amazon close up pictures of each item and how to use it properly.SANDWICH CUT OUTSThe sandwich cutouts have been a little tricky to cut all the way through. It's easier when I keep the sandwich contents very simple with as little height as possible otherwise some of the more delicate curves and corners can get cut off and the shape isn't kept as well. I also have been using homemade bread from my electonic bread maker, this could also be part of the problem. I have a feeling that store bought white bread like Wonderbread might work better.RICE SHAPERSThe rice shapers work very well for me. When using them I have to remember to make extra rice because when you pack the rice into the shaped molds quite a large amount is used in each shape. I use two cups instead of one. The Musubi Maker is super fun to create a layer of rice with a layer of filling, followed by another layer of rice. It's so easy to slide the rice form through the shape once it's packed down with the lid on top.It's a similar process with the triangle shaper. Although instead of pushing the rice through with the top cover instead it has a spot on the back center where you push in to release the triangle rice shape. The triangle comes out a beautiful shape.But my favorite of the rice tools has to be the rice ball maker. It comes with three different oblong containers that put place rice in about 1/3 full. Then comes the fun part, you grab the handle and shake shake shake it like a maraca. Once shaken enough the shapes inside come out as perfect little rice balls.SILICONE CUPSI love the that the kit comes with silicone ridged shaped cups. They can be used as molds to make ridged rice shapes but I especially like them to fill with little bite sized cutout fruit and vegetable snacks or if I feel like keeping it really simple can fill with berries or edename.FRUIT CUTTERSThe fruit cutting tools great. I found they work really well on kiwi fruit. I used them in making a decortive fruit plate for a party. I sliced kiwi into narrow discs and pressed the flower and heart cutters straight into the kiwi pieces. They looked gorgous and I used them as a border frame around my mix of berries in the center. The plate was a big hit and really added a special flair of design to my fruit plate.NO STORAGE CONTAINERI really enjoy using the bento cutting and shaping set and most of the tools work very well. One improvement I would make to the set is if the set accessories came with a matching cute box of their own to store the many loose pieces. For now I'm having to keep them loosely in the cardboard box they arrived in. I will be in search for a storage box of my own because the many bits and pieces something is bound to get lost if I don't.CLEANINGAnother minor inconvenience is cleaning. Cleaning is not so easy because there are so many little bits and pieces. If you are using a few at a time having to hand wash so many pieces and accessories does become a chore. It says dishwasher safe on the Amazon picture with the sandwiches but in the product information for the kit it says Hand Wash Only. I wonder if it's just the sandwich cutters that are dishwasher safe. Using the dishwasher would help alot with the clean up since there are so many parts to work with in the kit.

This is really cute and easy to use if you want to make your kids sandwiches look a little bit more cute and they would love it and I definitely recommend this great gift for somebody who is having kids or has kids my kids loved using this for all their sandwiches and I've had no issues.

Es divertido y facilde usar. Trae instrucciones y recomendaciones para usar en algunas recetas. Lo único es que en los troqueles en ocasiones necesitas de un palito para sacar la comida cortada.

This set comes with everything that you need to make a creative and aesthetically pleasing lunch for your kid! The instructions that come with it are very easy to use, and we have been able to successfully make some of the rice dishes. I love the sandwich cutters and my daughter is especially a big fan of the puzzle piece cutter because it makes lunch more fun!

J’ai acheté ça pour me faire des beaux lunchs et je ne suis pas déçue. Il y a de tout pour décorer les lunchs et les repas! Les 3 moules de riz fonctionnent bien. Les cup en silicone sont très utiles pour ajouter des accompagnements, je vais les utiliser pour faire des mini omelettes. Je recommande ce kit pour les parents mais aussi pour les adultes qui veulent un beau repas au travail.

Estoy muy feliz de haber comprado este kit, lo recomiendo mucho; mi hija se come casi todo lo que le pongo en la lonchera porque le encantan las formas en sus frutas y en sus sandwiches. El precio es excelente para todo lo que trae; los artículos para hacer bolitas de arroz y el triángulo son nuestros favoritos

A great pack of accessories to make your kids lunches appetising. I am honestly flabbergasted how the picks and fruit cutters have worked so well - my kids would never eat watermelon or berries but now they eat it purely coz they are in shapes and they can use the little picks. Each morning they choose the pick they like. Thanks so much - this pack has been so helpful! I am yet to use the sushi makers and sandwich cutters but I’ll try them out next week!

Great selection and easy to clean. They are also easy to use, the rice ball maker also works as intended although initially i had my doubts, but tried it and it works! My son always loves his lunch and i think with the combination of creativity and resourcefulness you can create fun and appealing lunches for the little ones :)
