I was skeptical at first but now I’m a believer. I made the mistake of taking it the morning and was ready to pass out within the hour. Now I take it right before bed, after my shower and I’m settled into bed. I sleep so good now and it tastes great. I bought the strawberry and next time I’ll try the pineapple.

My cardiologist told me to take magnesium glycinate, and the 200mg capsules I was taking were recalled because the strength wasn't accurate. So I found this 1000mg liquid. I've taken it for about a week now, and I like it very much.

I love the taste. The dropper doesn't work that great, so in order to get a full ml you have to use it 2-3 times. I have noticed a difference in my sleep and migraines. It's worth a try.

Swallowing problems, so I needed a liquid. this fit the bill and taste good too.

I absolutely LOVE the flavor of this product. I do liquid drops for most of my vitamins/supplements and this brand has been by-far my fave! I drop it straight, I don't even mix it - love the real strawberry taste w/ delicate floral notes - smth I would actually drink as a beverage, LOL! I'm glad that there are no artificial flavors or colorings, like some of the other liquid supplement brands I've tried. Can't wait to fully commit to this brand when my other vitamins run out. I would love to try some of their other flavors, too. Great product!

I bought this because a coworker said it helps her sleep at night. Maybe it helps me a little bit, but not as much as I was hoping. Good price and easy to use, the flavor is not as strong as I was hoping it would be. Really I can’t even taste it but it smells good.

I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and it definitely helps me sleep better and longer. I always take it at night! The strawberry flavor doesn’t taste bad at all! If you seem a bit agitated at first, grab you some coconut water or bananas and consume these for a few days.

Tasste great, however not sure it i noticed theDifference in my sleep quality
