A career spanning and comprehensive collection of this innovative pop duo:Emerging in circa: 1983,from the ashes of the Tourists,Eurythmics breakthrough hit single; sweet dreams are made of this (not first single release,I know),saw them continue a long run of hits,throughout the '80's and early '90's.This ultimate collection:contains some of the finest.ie: love is a stranger,right by your side,sisters are doing it for themselves,when tomorrow comes,there must be an angel and latter gem;I saved the world today ( all just random choices of mine) many more on here.Both creative and intelligent songs;Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart,where a bizarre kind of duo.these attributes worked very well,when writing and performing these songs.If your'e new to Eurythmics;then the ultimate collection is an excellent starting point to further explore the talents of this era-defining classy pop duo - if your an established fan - still buy the ultimate collection,it's well worth it.Nb: they where always known as: Eurythmics (Not prefixed by THE).

great duo love annie

The music was good value at £[]. I had several Eurythmic Albums in the past which I no longer have, and it has given me a taste from most of them. It is enjoyable to hear some of their classics once again. It was easy for me to download, after down loading the Amazon Download programme (it was my first time downloading music). It did take about 20minutes on a 1 mb link which is rather a 'narrow' broadband these days anyway. I have it set up on Windows Media and Ipod play list and I also was able to make a copy for the car without any prolems on CD.

Great cd the original cd I had just went wrong would not play so I treated my self to this newer version brilliant.
