I bought it mid-January and started taking it every day. Yeah, I was sceptical — but a couple of weeks in, I noticed I wasn't getting cravings much at all. Don't waste your money

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks and it actually works. I’m not craving a glass of wine after work to ‘switch off’. I feel healthier already and back in control.

A friend recommended I try this as I was drinking to excess. It has really helped me and I have stopped drinking in the week. I still have a couple of glasses at the weekend but do not crave alcohol everyday as I did before.

What can I say, I bought this product two weeks ago ago, and my last alcoholic drink was two weeks ago. Not totally because of the product but I think it helped.

Firstly, I rarely write reviews, as I don't review Sainsburys when I go shopping, here goes. I was sceptical when purchasing this product thinking, how does it work etc, however after taking the supplement for 2 weeks, my alcohol consumption has more than halved. There have been several times when I have poured a glass of wine, then poured it down the sink as I didn't want it .. the wine witch is now falling off my shoulder, and I have high hopes that the cumulative effect of taking this supplement may make her fall off altogether and I can live a life not listening to her constant chatter !! I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to cut down, I have no idea if it will stop you completely as I am only a few weeks in, however I intend to continue with it to see if that will eventually happen. Yes the cost is high, but when compared to a high alcohol consumption, is it, if it works for you?

I was struggling with dry January so thought I would give this a try. Haven’t had a drink for 10 days now and feeling good! Feel calmer in myself and clear headed in the mornings. Would recommend
