This product is quite uncomfortable. The size is significantly smaller than expected, which causes strain and pain in thigh muscles and does not provide proper back support. The thickness is also less. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that returns are not allowed—only replacements. For items where proper sizing is crucial, this policy feels unfair and impractical. Unfortunately, I've wasted my money; cannot use it.

Purchase the product from saimson. Their products way superior than this. But it does its work. Size is perfect for a chair, durable(i travelled multiple times from Delhi to eastern India by train and it was good). The thickness didn't shrunk a bit.
