Don't buy. Totally fraud going on.
I recently purchased it last week along with a Sony LIV subscription. However, I haven't received any response from their support despite messaging them daily. The Sony LIV subscription isn't working for me. Their support seems to be quite unhelpful, as I only receive automated responses and their employees are always busy. It's frustrating.

I'm using this firestick for more than 2months but till now I haven't encountered any problem in firestick. Also some people say that they didn't get the SONY LIV subscription but it's fake or they don't know the method to activate subscription. To use subscription, download and open Sony LIV on firestick and go to account and login with the same account that you used to purchase firestick and then the subscription will automatically start. There is no physical subscription code in the firestick package.

I Like this now.There was problem with the first despatched fire tv stick, SonyLiv was unable to get activated with Amazon account.After lot of efforts and hard reaction, Amazon replaced with other one and that now started working and could get Sony liv app activated. This is the first attempt yet to see after restart …so wait till then..

I have purchased Fire TV stick but while follow up with sony liv team they have not provided me soly liv subscription. Sony liv asked me to contact amazon team for help now I don’t know to whom to contact
