I have used the support 5 times over the last week. I have used it both when walking around and when at my computer. It's comfortable enough for me to have watched TV in it for a few hours. It's strangely comforting knowing you're sat properly. If you don't, it can make your underarms ache.The straps are wide, so it can hurt a little under the arms, as they are also very stiff with the Velcro webbing. It seems pretty strong, with no flaws in the stitching noticed. The Velcro straps are long and easy to reach and adjust while you are wearing it yourself.I can feel an ache in the top of my spine as I write (not wearing it currently) but generally waking up has been better the last few days. I am always stiff in the mornings, especially after gardening. I have done the gardening a few times in the last week, whilst wearing this as a reminder to lift with legs, not back, etc, and it's been effective, as none of the usual stiffness.I am sitting better, though it is early days, I notice I am sitting correctly rather than my usual slouch when using my phone.I attend a weekly reading group, where I usually slouch over a desk and read, but I found myself sitting away from the table and lifting the book toward me, which is something I haven't done in four years there, and didnt realise until writing this review, that its quite likely to be caused by the fact my body wants to sit up, rather than slouch forward. Although only a weeks worth of use, its been on for a good few hours a day. I did use it for an hour at a time at first, but found it comfortable enough to leave on longer.My family have also tried this on so we can confirm it will fit easily all sizes from small to Xxxl, and more probably, though you then might need someone to help put it on, as the straps will fit you, but you may not reach them to do any adjustment.

I need to correct my stooping posture, and this device does help me to concentrate and remember to stand up straighter. It does this because it is not comfortable and so I am conscious of it all the time. I could not wear it under clothes because it would rub under arms way too much, and it is visible when wearing clothes because the strap ends stick up. It is most useful when sitting in one position and working, when shoulder movement not required.So I will use it for short periods per day and see if I can develop a better posture as a habit.

Good product, comfortable and very effective in maintaining posture at computer. Two minor niggles. Interior, comfort-assisting padding of shoulder straps gradually and slightly displaced to the strap edge after a few weeks. Not easy to correct. Similarly, lower buckles gradually begin to turn to align themselves with the tightened straps. Still usable and effective - unlike previous rival product. Absence of wide back segment is a plus; this results in a sweaty back as I found with the rival product. Highish price. Does the job well. Recommended.

Not fit for purpose - first of all the bottom of shoulder loops are only fitted to the base of the central back support piece with Velcro so when you move twist or try to tighten the shoulder straps it comes off - pretty useless. Secondly you put the should straps on and when you come to tighten them up they become twisted - also the Velcro fasteners are constantly making a noise at the slightest movement— then once again the slightest movement and the Velcro straps unfasten - the blurb in the packet says as easy to put on as a rucksack - my dears !! ONLY IF YOU ARE A CONTORTIONIST! I’d avoid if I were you

I suggest this brand in particular, its simple and affordable and the delivery was prompt. As a reminding tool it more serves its purpose and the fabric is not abrasive on the skin especially i you layer up. I don't see the point in buying an more expensive brand with extra gadgets for something that you have to solve yourself just by being mindful in the long run anyways. The people who sent it over were also sweethearts, checking in on any issues even though the delivery went through smooth.Being a physics student for the past five years I have slaved over screens and books, oblivious to the positions I was doing it in and the lasting damage it can have on even a man coming to his prime of life. Despite an active lifestyle outside of study hours I began to experience several difficulties including tinnitus in both ears, nerve impingement issues in the shoulders and neck causing pain, and even balance issues when exacerbated. After my neck practically collapsed one night leaving me nauseous for days I decided it was time to act, and it didn't take long to identify posture during study and life as a key problem.I highly recommend a posture corrector as a first line of attack for this problem. While It is no miracle solution, I liken it to a 'nicotine patch' for the chronic hunchback pandemic of our generation, not uncomfortable enough to bother, but just enough to let itself be known as a reminder to push those shoulders down and away until it becomes second nature and the corrector has served its purpose. Coupled with a few basic strengthening exercises and a good foam roller you'll have a rock solid posture in no time for all time.

The actual shape of the brace gives really good support but the Velcro straps dig in and rub under your arms. All it needs is a more padded strap and edges on the Velcro so it doesn’t run and it would be a great product. At the minute though, I wouldn’t recommend it

I received this product very quickly after I ordered it. It is of a very high quality, made with durable, strong and most importantly comfortable material. It is super easy to put on, use and adjust to the size that you need. This can be done easily by yourself. As soon I put this on and adjusted it to the correct fit, my posture was immediately adjusted and improved. I have worn it comfortably around the home and been able to complete my usual daily tasks easily whilst wearing it. I'm looking forward to the benefits I receive through wearing this daily. I was astonished that such a high quality item is priced so reasonably. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you x

Packaging was god aweful arriving here, stains on papers and inner packaging was open.Also the product sucks to wear, it hurts on your armpits and you feel nothing helping your composure.Wasted money!

I have been wearing this backbrace for the entire day now and it is a real eye opener what a product like this can do. And for this price it is really a great product to solve your backpain problems. I cant wait to see the results in a week from now, but i am confident that this will help a lot. 10/10 I would recommend this for anyone with backpains and posture issues.

Soy muy exigente y os aseguro que me pienso mucho dar 5 estrellas a un producto, pero para este le pongo las 5.Es buena calidad, fácil de poner y personalmente no me molesta cuando voy a correr, poruqe lo utilizo para hacer deporte y corregir la postura.Cierto es que los pasadores son de plástico, y antes de comprar leí un comentario de alguien que se quejaba que debieron hacerlos de metal, ya que de plástico se rompían.A ver, si ejerces una fuerte y dejas caer los hombro para adelante, evidentemente te vas a carga los pasadores.De lo que se trata de que te pongas el arnés a modo de recordatorio, y tú mismo mantengas los hombros atrás, pero claro si haces presión y esperas que el arnés haga el trabajo por ti, al final claro que vas a partir los pasadores.

J’utilise supportiback durant le travail, depuis plusieurs mois.Je nettoie des bureaux le soir après les cours durant 3h à 4h. Cela me demande de me baisser et de me relever constament et aussi de faire des mouvements physiques répétitifs avec l’aspirateur et la serpillère...Cela provoque des tensions dans mon cou, mes épaules, le bas de mon dos...Ma posture se déforme alors sous l’effet de la fatigue et cela créé encore plus de tensions physiques (dos arrondi, épaules arrondies vers l’avant, tête en avant)...Avec cet article, je n’ai plus de douleur comme avant, je suis maintenu solidement et ma posture reste droite; ce qui me permet de réaliser des mouvements corrects et de rester droit même quand mon dos n’arrive plus à faire cet effort.Je remarque une amélioration de ma posture au repos après plusieurs mois d’utilisation (épaules en arrière et détendues, tête moins en avant, torse détendu).La matière est de bonne qualité et cela reste raisonnablement discret sous un tshirt.On peut régler facilement en fonction de sa largeur d’épaule et du degré de maintiens que l’on souhaite avoir.Je vous recommande cet article.Par la suite, il peut être aussi utile de faire des exercices de renforcement musculaire de la coiffe des rotateurs et du faisceau postérieur de l’épaule, etc, afin de corriger la posture et de pouvoir utiliser moins souvent supportiback, qui est un très bon outil de soutiens.
