For everyday mopping this is an okay product. Using it in my spray mop at the proper dilution ratio I didn’t see that it cleaned my tile or grout (which of course is always the tough clean) any better than everyday, less expensive cleaners and I have to say I do not care for the scent, a very commercial lemon cleaner scent, not like a fresh lemon scent at all. It did not leave a film, and to test that I went over just the middle of a large expanse of tile flooring that I knew was clean already and did not have a film then looked it over later to see if I could detect a haze in that area. It also does not make the floor sticky and I know this because it passed the bare feet and the flip flop test and it passed both (no sticky flip flop sound). It works like most floor cleaners.

I am pleased with this Furniture Clinic Stone & Tile Floor Cleaner. Diluting the cleaner has been easy and simple. The scent is very strong and lingers long after cleaning the floor. I do not like the scent, but others might say it smells like any other floor cleaner and is fine. The cleaner has helped mop up dirt well on a laminate wood floor.

I got this to use on ceramic tile because every product I’ve seen to use always leaves the floor feeling tacky. I also used this in a small room that still has linoleum tiles and it really brought Life back to the linoleum tiles. Very nice shine on those.. But I really like the way it cleans ceramic tiles and leaves the floor afterward. It’s important to read the directions For how much to use per how much water.. It’s a fairly small bottle, but it lasts a long time if diluted properly Very easy to use, I love the fruity smell I think it’s a great value for the price. I personally would love to continue using it.

Furniture Clinic Stone & Tile Floor Cleaner is a product of Britain and presented in a 17 oz plastic bottle with a deteriorated inner seal. The dispenser cap tends to leak when pouring. This is a concentrate and the suggested ratio is 1 part cleaner to 9 parts water. I made the solution according to the directions and used it in my spray mop. The aroma is very unappealing and definitely not a recognizable lemon scent. I tried this on both ceramic tile and porcelain tile. I was not impressed with the cleaning ability. It also left the floor a bit tacky. This is not a cleaner that I would use again on my tile floors.

This is a pretty good floor cleaner! I used this on my ceramic tiled floor, and it did a great job of eliminating a pesky stain. The scent is a light citrus, and not at all overpowering. But at $20 for 17oz of product, it's just not worth buying. That same $20 can get you multiple options for a 32oz bottle of concentrated cleaner, or you can spend a bit more and get a gallon.

I got more than enough for my money! Good value. Easy to apply, and I still have a enough left over to do repeat the work.
