Was anyone else's Levi tag on the back made of cardboard or thick paper?

No...ours was the normal Levi tag. Bought 5 pairs for my so,for work.

Are these jeans actually 100% cotton?

I don't think so. I ordered for my son to wear to work. No problems. Never shrank. He's had them for over a year...still in great shape

Do the Levi’s 502 tapered Jean have adjustable waist?

No it doesn't. Very disappointing

Do the 4t have an adjustable waist?

Not sure but I’m betting they do, since they’re for a smaller boy. I’ve order 18’s and 20’s and they do have pull tabs also.
