Product was ok... But some parts are missing...

I bought this spray, which was delivered yesterday. The product image showed 3 mop pads, but only one pad was there in the package. After assembling the product as per directions, we found that the water completely leaks out from the spray mechanism, which is not working. I cant even return the product because I discarded the packaging. Total waste of money, very inferior plastic used and the product image completely misleading the customer. Indeed, creates a bad reputation for Amazon.😑😑😑😑

However, I only received one bottle, which is a blatant case of false advertising. The product description clearly highlights the inclusion of two bottles as a key feature, and this was a major factor in my purchase decision. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver on promises is extremely frustrating. It’s not just about the missing bottle, but also the time wasted dealing with this issue. If a company can’t ensure basic quality control and fulfillment of what they advertise, how can customers trust them? This experience has left a sour taste, and I highly advise others to avoid this product. Amazon should ensure sellers uphold their claims to maintain customer trust. Very disappointed!

Very easy to set up and comes with two product bottles so that you can interchange them for different floor surfaces. The spray works very well and spray a fine, even layer of product in a wide space in front of the mop. Cleaning the floor has become very easy, compared to my old system of a towel draped over a squeegee ! The 3 included mop cloths are not enough, I needed to buy more but found a good alternative suppler on Amazon. The mop could have been provided with 5-6 mop cloths instead of the 3 provided and different colours for the mop cloths would have been a plus to distinguish between the use on different floor surfaces. But I am very happy with the purchase.

This is the best mop we have purchased in 36 years of marriage! It is very effective and easy to use as well as being lightweight. You can wash the pads as well. A great purchase.

fácil de armar, fácil de usar, el atomizador está excelente lo rellenas con agua y con el limpia pisos favorito y te dura mucho, y lo mejor esq que no tienes que andar exprimiendo y ensuciando el agua de la cubeta. Yo lo uso después de haber puesto la barredora y así queda muy bien la casa
