Not a DIY project
I purchased the 24" size for my 5'2" height and use it to travel around my retrement community. Wanted more exercise than you get in a golf cart. I had read that it could be a challenge to put together and ultimately paid to have it assembled. I am not the most agile and even at the lowest setting find it a bit of a challenge to get on the bike. The handle bars will not tighten in place enough. If you lean on them a bit they will drop. I am trying to figure out how to fix that problem. I haven't been on a bicycle in 25 years so thought a 3 wheeler would be more my speed. There is definitely a learning curve. It is kind of like being comfortable driving a car and then switching to a truck. You have to allow extra room for turning. Even then I have missed my driveway and wound up in my front yard a couple of times. It provides amusement for my neighbors! Overall, I am enjoying it.

Assembly booklet not very clear
Took about three hours to out together. A detailed assembly booklet would of helped. Couple small problems with parts but overall ok. Rear fenders look cheap

Great bike difficult setup
My daughter loves the bike, but this was so hard to setup and there wasn't a professional service available to purchase to put it together for me.

Definitely not perfect
I'm pretty disappointed. While the bike did come quickly there were missing bilts and nuts. But I am mostly disappointed that the bike come out of the box with dents and scratches on it! Supposed to be brand new but already scratched. The instructions said it should only take 2 hours and 10 minutes to assemble....it took more like 6 including the time it took to make the trip for the missing parts. For the price it was definitely a let down.

Good bike, poor instructions!
The bike is cool pretty sturdy. The instructions were horrible! A lot of stuff didn't match up there were extra parts stuff where it shouldn't be... Really confusing took hours.

I live my trike!
I love my trike but it is a chore to assemble. If you don’t have any type of mechanic experience, this will not be easy at all. I took it to a bike shop and got it professionally build and it rides so smooth. I’m so happy, we go riding almost every day it’s so fun.

Not worth it!!
This bike has been a nightmare! When I first received it there was parts that were damaged and some of the bolts were missing. I was sent another part to replace the damaged piece and it looks like it was taken off a bike that was already used and damaged (but was atleast usable) and the necessary bolts still weren't sent, so I had to take it to a bike shop and spend another $80 to have it put together and for the cost of the missing pieces. The shop said the parts were cheap and very low quality. The brakes don't work properly because of the damaged parts and the bike isn't very sturdy. I bought this for my elderly father and he can't even ride it because I'm afraid he's going to injure himself. They issued me a very small refund for the scratches, gouges and dents that were on the bike. It honestly looked like it was a bike that was damaged and returned before I purchased it.

Decent bike. Not the most sturdy bike I have tried but my mother loves it.
My mother really enjoys riding this bike. It felt a little wobbly when I tried to ride it right after I finished assembling. I am 6' tall and 200 lbs. Definitely not made for my dimensions but as I stated, my mother loves it.
