Update 2023: I’ve been wearing these 24/7, for years, only removing them to put on something fancy. I still love them, just ordered a new pair, new color, still think they’re the best hoops ever made. I first ordered what turned out to be hoops sized for a doll, not a human. I went back, double checked the size I wanted, and received the right items. A human needs 16 mm, about 1/2 inch hoops, for earrings, at least I do! The hinge is great, the closed hoop is smooth and easy to sleep on, no more getting stabbed when I turn over. I've taken showers and washed my waist-length hair with the hoops in my ears, and had no problems with tangling, or the hoop releasing. I ordered rose gold, it's not as rosy as some rose gold items, like my phone, but it's still a very pretty color. I have had issues with other earrings because I have very acidic skin, I have had no problems with these hoops, and my skin has not etched the earrings, so far. (I had to replace the 14 k band on a ring because my skin etched it almost transparent.) These are great, all the way around, and I like them so much I'm considering other colors, too.

Absolutely love these earrings!! I now have 6 different pairs from the same makers. They are so light weight, comfortable, and cute!

These are freaking amazing! I've got 8, 10, 12, and 14mm and they work amazingly well. I have no problems getting them off and on, and only had one time where my 14mm popped open. I've had them for a few months now and can solidly say I will be ordering another set in other colors to change out for dressing up, but these are sleek and stylish!Update: original review or purchase was Jan 2019. It's Sep 2022 and I've still got the same earrings in the same holes. They are still holding up beautifully. I think I've only taken them out maybe three times? Also, I have one in my nose piercing and it's doing fantastically there as well. I am still super happy with these.

I’ve had these for quite some time, and they have not disappointed me in the slightest. The only occasion that it fell off was because I hit myself by mistake on the face. Other than that, it has never fallen off. The color does not deteriorate as well and it is super comfortable to wear on a daily basis without taking it off. I fully recommend these if you are looking for a ring nose look.

Bought the 16g 6mm rings for my daith piercings and they are the perfect fit! So easy to put in and the first time I have not had issues with being comfortable sleeping since I got them done. Difficult to open once they are closed, but that is a good things as they won't pop open in their own. Will be buying more of these on different colors!

These are great for piercings where you love a captive bead ring like me, but after having to take them out, can't fathom how the heck your piercer's tiny fingers got it in there in the first place. These are the first infinity-style rings I've tried. This may just be a flaw with all rings of this style, but I really struggled to get this in. Unlike captive bead rings which are rounded at the tips, the end of the ring on this is flat and hollow (to receive the male snap end of the ring), so it was actually pretty uncomfortable to put into a hole that you're already fumbling to locate by feel alone. Stays in great though once in!

The product itself is great, well-constructed, good hinge, satisfying snap when closing, and the connecting edges are totally smooth. So much so I struggled for a moment to find the hinge to open them! HOWEVER, I was sent 5mm rings when I ordered 6mm rings. The package itself was labeled 6mm, but these are 100% 5mm. In photo, left is a 6mm captive ring, middle is the product I received, right is a 5mm captive ring. Super bummed, but I guess now I have hinge-rings for my nose piercing?
