WALL106-S12 Womens Black Leather Platform Gothic Boots

I REALLY wanted to love these! They're so well-made and comfortable overall...I bought these instead of Buffalo London because they have stitched soles rather than glued, for example, which helps with longevity. But the first time I went to put them on to actually wear them to a concert (which is what I bought them for), one of the grommets on the left boot popped off when I tried to tighten the laces. I ended up making it work for the concert by getting creative with how I tied the laces, but of course now I can't return them because they've been worn and they're covered in dust.Really, really bummed out, I thought I'd found my perfect tall show shoes 😭
