All of the pictures show a steel open nozzle. The one i recieved has a black painted nozzle with a silver. Why are they different?

How do you light this after you put the 5lb propane bottle on it. I don't see a trigger. and no video to demonstrate.

The fuel adjustment knob is also the ignition. When you turn on the fuel you just push the button to ignite it like starting a gas grill
