Yeah rib protractor, very good

Not worth it
The back of this product was all twisted and still is as it won’t come out so leaves an uncomfortable knot in between the shoulders.

very thin
it’s a very thin foam and keeps riding up instead of staying where needs to be and there’s no way to adjust it lower or higher so if you have a long upper half it doesn’t work very well

Autism makes it difficult to find something my son aged 15, will wear as protection..
What I liked about this is that it is adjustable, an additional padding without being restrictive, my son is autistic a huge motor sport fan we have managed to get him to wear a helmet, neck protection but he refused to wear the rib protection until we found this one, it can be loosened by the Velcro straps, it is about 1/2 inch of a foam padding, there are not any 'ribs' within this to take some of the bash, so probably as good as a cycle helmet! at least their is no outer plastic coating to add to injury, but an additional layer to help against bruising.

Comfortable to wear and offers good protection.
I use this for playing walking football as some fellow players actively use their elbows and don't seem to understand the meaning of no contact allowed.
