Egg Cooker - Red with Clear Lid

These are great for making quick boiled eggs, 40 seconds in my microwave, less for a dippy, more for hard boiled. Just remember to prick the yolk, and if I have to put it back in again, I do it 10 seconds at a time, to avoid blowing the top off 🤪

So much quicker, than a boiled egg. 1:M 11:S in a 700 Watt Oven. On a Medium Power Setting.

I bought this to stop microwave eggs exploding and making a mess in the microwave.(it has a lid,) It still explodes and shoots the lid off. Still have a messy microwave to clean.

It doesn't click together. The egg explodes in microwave leaving a big mess in microwave. If the top clicked onto bottom it would hold it in place. It just put on and so loose. Complete waste of money and it makes work cos its not easy clean exploded egg from inside the microwave.

This could be a wonderful product if only it were bigger - 2 egg omelette ? So disappointing. Why didn't they make it bigger????

I've since bought four of these for friends and for home and our campervan. Crack an egg into this, mix it up with a fork, lid on, and microwave for 50 secs (runny egg) to 60 seconds (basically scrambled). Works brilliantly. Cheap, quick eggs well cooked at a fraction of the cost and time of doing in a pan. For McDonalds breakky fans, also gives a similar result when the cooked egg goes into a bun with a slice of cheese -)

I use these daily to cook poached eggs in via Microwave. The eggs have never stuck to the inside of the container providing you spray one or two sprays of cooking oil on the red plastic beforehand. They are very easy to clean.
