This moringa extract works wonders for daily energy. It gives a natural boost without any crash, and I like that it’s USDA organic and alcohol-free. Gives a sweet taste. I’m taking other supplements paired with this, so it’s kinda hard to say what it’s doing, although much better tasting than Moringa powder and it’s supposed to help out tremendously with autoimmune diseases.

So far after just two days of one dropper it seems good. I felt more energetic this morning but now I am questioning if I can take a second dose today. I feel less motivated as I was earlier after just four hours. Not sure if that is the normal time for it to affect ones energy. The bottle states one dropper full a day can be taken three times daily. However the internet states not to exceed one dose. I am now unsure and confused. That is the reason four stars not five.

I have taken this brand of Moringa for less than a week so I can't give much info. So far, I take it straight, love the flavor, and no stomach irritation. Service was quick and packaged wonderfully.
