As a former Exec. Chef (just retired from a 50 years career), I have tried many oils. The Chosen Foods 100% Avocado oil stands among the best I’ve used for deep-frying, shallow pan frying, roasting or grilling. This oil heat smoking point is very high compared to others. Although I use Olive Oil a lot but never for pan frying (dressing salads, finishing a dish, or drizzle over a tomato/avocado salad). I also use the Chosen 100% Avocado Oil Spray can on my grill, it works very well to oil the iron grids, I even spray-coat and bake all my cast iron pans to keep them rust free! This oil is very stable and super versatile. Unlike me, if you need just one healthy oil to do it all, this is the one you want. Bon appetit! 😁

I really like this product. It's helped with frying & baking and it doesn't have a horrible taste like some olive oils. I used it in my recipes that call for oil. I would love to continue with this but due to the rising price I need to look into getting smaller versions of this great oil.

I have Pancreatis so I have to pay close attention to my diet, this "Chosen Avocado oil" I 100% recommend. It's very light however you can fry with it having a 400 ° smoke point , you can't do that with Olive oil. I use it every day so the 1.75l ,59.17oz. is the best buy from Amazon. So try it! I hope you like it as much as I do.

This avocado oil is the best! Works great on all surfaces. Tastes great, super high heat, health benefits of this over other oils is a must! My wife uses it for skin care as well. We are on our 9th bottle and will always continue to order.

Not much to say, love the size of the bottle. Use this to cook and grill on the flat top and anything that requires higher heat.

Love Chosen Avocado oil for cooking just about anything. Like the high smoke point for frying food. I am glad Amazon has it in the 1.75 liter size. Completely switched from other oils to this one.
