Are these drawers fully crystal clear transparent or do they have a slightly cloudy finish? Also, can you stack one on top of the other?

Slightly cloudy but clear enough to see contents. Yes stackable.

Can you secure the unit to the wall?

Yes, this unit can be wall-mounted. There are four screw holes located on the back of the unit. My unit is sitting on a shelf and as the storage box is of plastic construction I personally would support the unit with a wooden batten if I was wall-mounting. Once each compartment is fully loaded (especially if metal screws/ washers etc) the overall unit weight can become excessive. Hope this helps.
