Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Feels solid enough when using it.

Setup instructions are reasonable. I'm a novice at DIY but managed to get this set up in about 1 hour with a bit of help from Google about pre drilling. Once set up, the product is great and feels sturdy and secure. I am currently using it with tension ropes while building up strength to do chin ups unaided.

Solid, great addition to my garage!4 stars because the foam grips are already fraying, but not a biggie, can be replaced.

Great pull up bar. Been using it daily for over a month with no issues.I used the bolts supplied and screwed them into the joist after drilling a pilot hole.Nice and secure.

The bar itself is solid, easy to put together and does the job. Unfortunately, the hardware was an issue. There should have been 4 x m8x50mm lag bolts; there were only 3 in the pack. Within the pack was a card with the company's details and a message stating to contact them if there were any issues or missing items. I emailed them, and didn't get a message back for weeks. They were apologetic and stated they would reimburse me £7. I had given my details, including the Amazon invoice number. They stated they couldn't find the details and asked me to contact them through Amazon. Bear in mind that I bought some more lag bolts, otherwise I would still be waiting. It seems they deliberately made it difficult to fix this issue.

This pull up bar is pretty good value for the money. It's sturdy and the handle grips are comfortable. The support hangers are just long enough that there is room for a full pull up (chin above the bar.) Assembly was easy, although I did use my own tools rather than the cheap ones supplied. Of course it's a bit awkward to install single handed in an overhead position, but once the first bolt is in place it's easy to level and measure up for the rest. It would be nice if the instructions indicated the size of the lag bolts for installing the bar to the joist, so that one could immediately figure out what size drill bit to use. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

So far so good. The bar is sturdy and supports my weight (200lb) and more. I did drill 2 extra holes on each side to add extra bolts for more stability. Now it’s really solid and not going anywhere.

Well made and sturdy, easy to install. The foam covering the bar does not quite go all the way to the ends and seems a little thin, like it might wear down with heavy use. For this 120 lb woman, it works great for stretching out my back
