When you first get two very small boxes that you know are going to be a fireplace, a shelf above and two side cabinets, you know there's going to ge a lot of pieces. There were but also the best directions I've ever received with DIY furniture.Its sturdy. A perfect height for under a picture and the fireplace works and looks beautiful.Great value and a nice rustic look.

This is a beautiful TV stand with fireplace. It has a lot of pieces to put together but once you get through all the step by step instructions that are easy to follow you will be so satisfied with the end result. It looked very nice in my Granddaughters new apartment she was so happy when her Papa completed the assembly of it. There was only one problem we encountered with the assembly process it was missing one screw to the door handle it should have come with four(4) screws but we only had a package that had three(3) screws & the package hadn’t been opened it was sealed but only had three(3) screws in it. The TV stand was still put together but is missing a screw to one of the handles. Hopefully the company can send the screw but if not we will try & find one to fully secure the door handle. Other than that it’s a beautiful piece of furniture & very sturdy.

Pros: Affordable price, beautiful + solid piece, spacious, heater works wonderfully, temperature is adjustable, comes with a timer and remote, you can have the fire going without the heat, and assembly instructions are clear and easy to do alone.Cons: Assembly is a little tedious (37 steps) and the top layer of wood feels a little less sturdy than the rest of the piece. The acrylic doors could be a little more firm but it doesn’t bother me.We purchased this during the cyber Monday deal since we’ve been on the hunt for a new entertainment center with a fireplace and it has so far been well worth it! It came in two boxes with the fireplace being in its own box - which I appreciated it not being lumped in with all the wood boards. Assembly took 2-2.5 hours on my own, it’s fairly easy just a little tedious is all. It feels pretty sturdy as an whole and the fireplace is great! The heat is wonderful and I love that it’s adjustable. The fire is beautiful at night and we love having it on even without the heat just to add to the coziness of the room. The grey is beautiful, it’s not too cool toned and not too warm either. It’s a true neutral gray. We’ve loved the extra storage space we now have in our tv stand. Having the doors also helps keep all the mess of our board games, extra knick knacks and all that out of sight which was a huge plus for us when purchasing!

The fireplace is small and cute. It adds a nice accent to the living room. It feels sturdy. Assembly was incredibly tedious and I'm adept. Don't assemble by yourself... not because it's difficult, but because little be nice to have someone to talk with for the literal hours it takes to assemble this thing. No points off for assembly though; it is exactly as described and that is where the true value is.

I was out of town when this came in so my partner put it together on their own and it took about four hours, but they said it wasn’t too bad on their own! It’s very sturdy, holds our 65inch tv! The quality is so good. We’re gonna use the shelves to hold video games, movies and books. It looks great!

I got this tv stand in a couple days ago and it already makes me want to sit in my living room a lot more! Great price and it has a good heavy sturdiness to it. Came with a magnetic screwdriver, bumpers for the corners and a tilt mount which is really nice for people that have kids and need to baby proof like we are. Took me a couple hours to build by myself but it was super easy with instructions and everything being labeled. The fireplace makes it have a nice touch and works great but can easily be taken out if you want to extra shelving space. Fits our space a lot better then the old one. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new tv stand to get this one!

For what I paid for it, I did not expect Chippendale quality but it looks really nice.It has some flaws that are minimal and I'm going to tell you how I fixed them.Not all the joints fit together so tightly as to be invisible so I used a little caulk and they look fine. I'm a little fussy about that.I love the center shelf, but the short stubs, like screws with the heads cut off, that the shelf sits on are not quite long enough and it's easy to knock the shelf askew. I'm going to take one of them to Lowe's and get a regular shelf key for each hole.The cordholes are located in the upper right hand corner of the back of the shelves which is not ideal if you're trying to hide cord, but it is quite easy to use a hole saw to make round holes in the place that you need them. Or even just use a razor knife.The top is in three pieces, which is how they are able to ship it in a small package. It certainly is not unattractive, and is almost unnoticeable but I think I'm going to get a piece of prefab finished wood to go on top ,that's a personal preference.There is no back to the center of the stand (they're made to have a fireplace in some of them) so I simply cut a piece of white plywood (you could use foam board) just to keep things from falling off the back.These are not complaints, just some things for you to know. If you like working with things like this it seems fairly simple (be sure and have a power drill.land hammer). I splurged on our local handyman and it was a wonderful investment. It took him about an hour and a halfIt's stable heavy and has a rather classic look to it. It has a pedestal bottom that looks very classy and the hardware is quite nice. All in all I would recommend it. It is fine just as it is but I preferred to make some adjustments to it and I think you will find that the few dollars /time you spend doing so will increase your satisfaction with it. I would buy it again and would buy other products from this company.
