Disappointed
After reading good reviews, I ordered the top hat.When received it was dusty, and not sure if was cobwebs or glue stuck on rim of hat !Have kept it as is just the right size, for what I have in mind.I have cleaned it up, but is not worth the money, I think I got the last one in the box, or on display ?

Not glued on to the head band very well

Speedy delivery and well packaged. Good sturdy hat which can be secured to the head well with grips. Really pleased with the product.
