What is glycemic index of this rice? Is this certified low glycemic index food?

Nope it's not 54 to 64 it's closer to 38 according to SFGATE this rice is for diabetics that's the whole point of parboiled ect. Jeez

Being that this is parboiled do you know if it has a reduced level of arsenic then original basamati?

All types of rice contain arsenic! But you can reduce it in the way you wash and prepare it. First, select the whitest rice, which is the one with the least arsenic. lego wash it with warm water until the water comes out clear and finally cook it with more water (a portion of rice and 5 of water). as well as consuming rice only two or 3 times a week

What is the meaning of "Total sugar 0gm Includes 10g added sugars 0%" found on the nutrition facts? Certainly confusing!

It says that this rice is prepared in such a way that we eat it and it does not raise the blood sugar level... it does not contain sugar and a low percentage of carbohydrates that in the end turn into sugars. In general, this rice is healthy for me and I eat it every day, it is very different from the normal rice that we were used to eating. now I only use this rice and at home we have done very well with it...and my visitors also like it...I prepare it in different ways.
