This tenderizer work very well, with no MSG. No overpowering flavor. The directions say to leave on up to 30 minutes. I've found it works best left on tougher cuts of meat for the full 30minutes. I will buy this agin.

Amazing color changing lid
Not that amazing, but I have owned yellow, black more yellow and now red lids since they changed from a screw on/off cap and and shaker top to a flip cap with integrated top. They made the change, but I missed it. I did what I always did and unscrewed the top and started ti shake the product. With the lid change, half the bottle poured out. If I didn't love it so much, I would have stopped buying it.It does work well and either me or my mother have been using it for over 50 years.Since it does somewhat destroy muscle and other tissue, do not use it too often. It will make a certain art of your anterior to itch. It is best to use it not more often than every other day. We are made of meat after all.
