Great customer service!
I specifically purchased this charger for an Alienware x14 laptop, which unfortunately the charger didn’t work for.I reached out to the Unitek customer service and they were very helpful and prompt with answering my questions.Just as a note the MacBook Pro is the only laptop that can get 140 watts out of this charger. It maxes out at 100 watts for other devices. For the Alienware x14 buy and OEM charger if you want a backup.

Won't Charge more than 60W on my Lenovo Legion Gen 8 USB-C 3.1
Tough to review on the merit of one use case as it seems to be a very sturdy and solid product. Claims 140 watts and that may be true for multiple devices or certain peripherals, however, I cannot get my new Lenovo Legion gen 8 AMD RTX 4060 laptop to charge with more than 60 watts using this adapter. It advertises 140, I was hoping for at least 100, but 60 seems to be max (have tried every combination). Maybe user error, but will be returning for a SlimQ.

A must have charger for everything
I really like this charger. It seemed a bit pricy to me at first, but I'm in love with it now that I've been using it on the regular. At first I thought it was a bit bulky because it is definitely larger than all my other fast charger boxes, but the fact that I can charge my phone, headphones in a pretty short amount of time, and my roommate can even throw in his laptop to charge as well without slowing down the charging speed of everything, is worth the little extra bulk. In fact whenever I "lose" my charger. I normally just have to hunt him down cause he swears it charges his laptop faster than the original cord it came with! I definitely would get this again, although I don't foresee a reason to yet because even after all the handling and daily bumps and drops that it goes through. It is still holding up and going strong. Seriously a well made item.

Multiple outputs, a bit larger and heavier, but can still be used for travel
I was looking for a high output USB-C charger with multiple outputs to allow me to travel and charge both my laptop, phone, and other USB-C devices without having to bring multiple charging bricks.Since this brick has two USB-C, and an additional USB-A, a covered most my base as well. It charged my Chromebook (usually pulls about 65W) without issue or "low power charger" error messages. When adding my cellphone to the lower output port, I didn't have any issues powering both. For travel purposes, the folding plug is a requirement in my book, and this plug folds flush. The only downside for this charger is its weight/size, which is a bit more than I would like. That said, it fit well in my backpack pocket. One of the outlets I used while travelling was quite worn, and the weight of this pulled itself out of the outlet. I can't blame the charger for this, but it is something to keep in mind. The included cable is great, and appears durable. I find 6 foot cables a bit short for easy use in all situations (I prefer 10 feet).Overall, I will continue to use this charger for travel purposes, but it is a bit too large for me to use on a daily basis (I will stick to my Anker Nano II with a 10 foot cable in my daily use bag). That said, I can recommend.

Not able to Charge a Macbook Pro 16 at 140 Watts
I was really excited to grab this 140w GaN charger from Unitek. The unfortunate thing is that I have been unable to get more than 100 watts into either my Macbook Pro M1 Pro 16'' or M2 Pro 16''. I have the original Apple Magsafe cable and a generic Magsafe cable, none of them will pull more than 100 watts. Both of those cables pull 140 Watts from the Original Apple charger so I don't know what's wrong.I am running macOS Sonoma on both and I tried at 20% and 80% battery levels just to make sure. Maybe Apple did an update to prevent aftermarket chargers from reaching full speed??

Intermittent charging. Not stable.
The media could not be loaded. See attached video. When trying the original (included) and another separate PD3.1 cables, the Unitek 140w device can't maintain a charge state on my laptop. Will attempt return.

Charge it!
There are several very helpful videos explaining the capabilities of this charger in the listing, and you'll see them if you scroll down. This charger is reassuringly hefty and feels robust and durable. It has eliminated the need for a power strip on my nightstand, which makes for a much tidier surface, and that makes me a very happy camper. It's able to RAPIDLY charge up to three devices simultaneously and will power two computers at one time, which is impressive. It's ideal for traveling. The plug folds neatly into the body of the charger and once you grab your cables, you're good to go, which simplifies packing. Also, there's less chance of leaving a charger behind if you're only keeping track of one. A very good quality USB C to USB C cable (there are two USB C ports) is included with the charger and Amazon has additional ones available inexpensively. I am very glad I got this.
