Extremely impressive product, one can stretch Hamstring muscles easily, patiently and effectively. The most important factor I will like to mention that during use of this equipment No undue pressure comes on ankle, knee and hip joints. Other equipment can exert pressure on the joints which are mentioned. I recommend this very strongly. Thanks.
