Just beautiful

For the price and availability of this from Amazon it is absolutely incredible. I have collected stones like this for years and this is a wonderful addition to my collection.

Photos to follow but not totally what I expected based on the listing photo? Expected a bigger more open geode/cluster surface like the photo. I know each stone is obviously unique but maybe make sure the photo pictured is same or worse than what you actually receive. I would've preferred the pictured one because there's a large open surface of faceted crystals and an obvious backside. Mine didn't really have an open facade and the one side that would pass for that is the narrow end so when displayed it kind of disappears (as opposed to the wide side being the face).Also noticed some crystals are chipped which seems like a rock polishing/tumbling oversight that didn't protect the crystal areas.Not horrible of course, just don't think the listing managed expectations well (or maybe mine is a dud). Would've been much better if the photo showed SEVERAL pieces of this 1-1.5lb amethyst category that you could possibly receive showing a RANGE of all the crystal shapes (including this enclosed/solid style)I am unfamiliar with the market for this particular item and thus cannot assess "value for product" sufficiently. First impressions, will update if I find further benefits or issues w/ more use in the future.

I received a geode that should have been cut down the middle. The rock looks like a derriere with a purple crack. More outside rock showing than geode

This is a really lovely piece of amethyst. I have an extensive rock collection and this fits well among my others. It is a stunning piece, lots of shiny clusters inside. All around lovely. Mine weighs 1.3 pounds.

I absolutely love this amethyst geode! It is a little smaller than I'd expected; mine is 3.5 inches tall. The bottom is sanded and flat, so it will sit even and secure on a shelf, but it isn't perfectly smooth or polished. While I haven't seen any marking on the table where it is currently sitting, I will probably cut a piece of felt or something to put between it and any piece of furniture I care about to prevent scratching. Still, the color and shine of the amethyst makes me happy every time I see it, so I am thrilled with this purchase!

I got this Powerful Deep Purple Amethyst Cluster - 1 to 1.5 Pounds of Extreme Rocks & Fossils into today and it looks good.I got this is today and the weight is about right. It’s about 3 inches tall and about 2 1/2 inches wide. It’s been polished around the amethyst part and the bottom is perfectly flat so it seats up right no problem.I took off one star because it’s really not what I expected when I ordered it. Yes it’s very pretty and yes I know this is natural amethyst and it’s formed by nature so every piece is different. On that note it seems like this is more like a seam of amethyst.The picture it shows on Amazon looks like it’s-50% of it is amethyst-50% is rock.Where the one I got is-25% amethyst-75% rockOverall I’m happy with it and they did a good job of polishing it and cutting the bottom flat.I do wish they had pieced out a rock with more amethyst showing.I would still recommend it though

Very intrigued by the mystic healing powers of gemstones. I really did not know what to expect or what receiving. It is a rock. Beautifully cut and polished. Some depth and character to the Amythest. Have sitting on nightstand. Is it cleansing and healing my space? I have no idea, but I do feel more relaxed and sleep better since receiving it. Seems comparable to others in price, quality and weight of others like it. It's a beautiful peace of mind having it on my nightstand whether it's just for display or actually has healing powers.
