Cast Iron Pipsqueak Stove

A great little stove well made heating my caravan nicely looks great

I wanted something small to replace a gas fire I had removed from my property that would not cost loads to use. It is amazing the heat that comes from it. I would suggest you purchase the flue at the same time you order the stove as they don’t come together and I had difficulty in finding one to fit.

We have the Pipsqueak stove in our campervan. Perfect size that really keeps the campervan warm. I can honestly say that we haven't found any negative issues with and would recommend this to anyone thinking about having one.

Be careful, seller says you can install this without the bottom hearth but in reality you cannot. The 4 walls of the stove is held in place only because of the hearth.Ideal for coal burning, if you need to burn wood its tool small to put any decent size log in. Air vents control doesn’t really work. You have to slid the ash tray a bit out. That is the only way I found you can control any air.If you have space to install I would recommend going for the 5kw stove easily available on ebay for same price. You can always burn more or less depending on the temperature needed.All in all its alright. I wouldn’t buy it knowing what i know now.

I am fitting the pipsqueak into our narrowboat. The burner will accommodate a shovel of coal and one small log. Logs can be max size of 5in X 3in.

Purchased this for my campervan.Very pleased with it and the service.Ornate detail to a small woodburner - the glass window to something of this size is lovely.
