Great quality!
I needed to build a low, heavy duty platform to set my heavy 250 lb track snow blower on so I could easily monuver it around in my garage. It works great. Each set of wheels have double ball bearings . One bearing for the wheel and one for the pivot.

Smooth glide
Easy to install, small enough to not be obvious, and roll glide is smooth. Very pleased. Be sure to check weight of item they will be supporting.

Don't be surprised by apperience, they look much smaller than 4" casters.
I work in a furniture restoration shop and use dolly's to move my pieces around. I ordered 3" casters and they work great with smooth travel. In fact I'm ordering more right now.
