Hathaway Hustler 7’-8’ Pool Table with Blue Felt, Internal Ball Return System, Easy Assembly, Pool Cues and Chalk

The box was ripped up the pool table was fine which wad a great thing how ever on the delivery instructions it says clear a path to make sure pool table can be put where you want it also it said delivery and set up the pool table weight is 340 pounds they was just going to leave my pool table in my driveway I should them it said delivery and set up they said it's not there job so after throwing a fit they said they would help us carry this 340 pound pool table to my backyard it took five of us to take it back there and then the 2 delivery guys left for us to put it together which took another 5 of us to put it together and lift it up right without breaking off the legs so if you order this pool table you will need alot of help it is truly miss leading

As far as the pool table, it is what we expected. It weighs about 300 pounds even though the details on the ad said 500. The felt is a bit thin and has a few small tiny holes but overall it is great. The ball return works great, pool cues are just average with plastic tips instead of rubber. The rails have a pretty good quality rubber bounce back when the balls hit the railings. The legs and frame seem to be pretty well made. My and husband and I have already played several games and are really pleased with it. The problem we had was the delivery service. Inspite of giving detailed instructions of where to deliver, it was pouring down rain and one driver from Louisville, Kentucky (Ceva was the trucking company). There was only one driver who weighed about 120 pounds and about 5" tall or so. It was a 13 foot box truck and he only had a pallet jack to get it off of the truck with. It took almost an hour to get the pool table just on the ground. It was NOT wrapped in any kind of plastic only a thick cardboard box. He had to moving quilts or wrapping to cover it in as the rained POURED down on the box. He would NOT even help me get it on the back porch, literally 3 to 5 feet away. He said it was drop off only. I called my husband and told him the situation after the driver heard the call, he helped me put some old muddy plastic that we ourselves had and put some rocks to hold it on the box. So beware of the company that delievers it to you. I gave detailed instructions when I ordered it but it did no good, b/c the driver never received any of the information. That company simply does not care about it's customers or employees.

It came a little banged up on one side, not enough to make me return it, but enough to wish it wasn't. Easy to put together, but you will need a few people to help flip it over with out putting pressure on the legs. Leveled out pretty easily. Only real complaint is the balls bang every time they fall into the holes. Looking to add a little cushion to help with that. Would be nice if the hole to grab the balls when the return was a little bigger. Can only grab one at a time.

Excellent! Very well made and packed. The only thing I didn't like was that the delivery men would not assist in bringing it in the house. I had to leave it outside till my son could assist me. The delivery guys complained that it was to heavy for their hand truck."NONSENSE" My son and I used a hand truck to wheel it to the back of my home and then we slide it down the stairs into the basement. It is very heavy. Make sure you have 4 strong people to assist you. In my case my son is a body builder. Definitely use 4 people to turn it over after assembly.

God quality product. Need help with assemble due to weight check package for damage on arrival. Company was good to work with for replacement

Great table for the price. There are only two things I don't like. The cues that came with it are very light, had to purchase a heavier one. The ball return could have a larger opening. With other pool tables I've played on, I could get two balls out at a time (with one hand). The opening will only allow me to get one ball at a time.

Some of the reviews had me worried, so I was a little apprehensive about the quality of the pool table. My fears were unfounded. This table is very attractive and well built. It was also packaged very well, it took a while to unbox and remove all the protective materials. It was very easy to put together too, instructions are simple and the pieces actually fit together without any modifications or special tools. Be aware though, the table is heavy, get some help ! Overall 5 stars, I was very impressed.

I barely opened the product on Monday bcuz I was waiting for a carpet. There are 2 rips/holes on the velvet as you can see in the pics I've submitted. How can I return this and get a Good New Condition one? I do not have the box it came in bcuz I had to rip it open to get pool table out.

Note that the delivery men will not bring the table into the house. They would only put mine in the garage. Given it’s size and the access to my basement it was no small feet to get it downstairs. Once we opened the box one end panel was found to be damaged. Table still playable and can’t imagine how to get this thing back out so we will live with the damage. If possible check the box before the delivery guys leave for damage - if there is damage open the box right away and check to see if it actually runs through to the table

The equipments were very good. And u also got the balls. But the table was a bit broken. So carefully when u carry it.

Hubby loves it! Best gift I've given to him
