I've brought 2 different rugs from this seller. The rugs are thick and super soft, just as described. The colours are just as they are shown in the pictures. The blue rug attached in my comments was out of stock at the time I needed it. I contacted the seller to inquire if it would be coming back as this was the only rug I wanted. They seller was very fast in their responses and informed me when the rug would be back in stock. They kept me updated throughout. When the rug was back in stock they sent me a message to let me know just as they had promised.I can't recommend this seller enough. They went above and beyond. Customer service was excellent. The quality of the rugs are fantastic. I'm so pleased that I decided to purchase from this seller. Best purchase I've made in a long time.
