I bought two of these two years ago for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves to smoke foods and take them to parties and these are invaluable for those times! They’re well built and the heating/cooling pack surprisingly still functions really well. In time, the latches no longer latch so you have to be careful when transporting your food. 10/10

This is a great product. Great for potlucks. Dresses up your foil pan. Very sturdy and thick. Great value for the money. Can bake and carry to events with ease.

It closed over pan easily and stayed close during transportation. The heating pad worked for hours. Well worth the money.

This is a great product, however, it does not snap shut like other reviewers have said. The lid just lifts up and down with no snap closure. It comes with ann unknown pan size, but I found out that a half size steam pan will work perfectly. See image. Would buy again.

This item just arrived but it did not include the serving spoon which was supposed to be included. I really would like the serving spoon.IMPORTANT: i need to correct this earlier review. The spoon was taped to the side and i did not see it. I LOVE this product and will use it often. Two of my sisters have one and we use them all the time.

Easy to use, sturdiness

This pan is the best idea ever! It's perfect for keeping things cold during the summer. I love how easy it is to travel with. It fits the dollar store tin pan, so its easy to replace. I haven't tried it to keep things hot yet, but it works good to keep it cold. When going to a bbq/ pool party with a cold salad dish...its' great because you don't have to try to find a spot in the fridge. It can sit out for quite awhile. I love how you don't need saran wrap, it has a cover...super easy clean up-throw away the tin foil tray...it sets up fast. It's perfect for taking somewhere or just using at home.

Did not have a cold/hot gel pack. Each person tries each side to lift open. Can’t tell easily which side opens. I may need to add a post/it with arrow.
