This is a great pack of multivitamins, specially if you can't take B complex, because this don't have it. That's the case of my mom, because of her rosacea, is difficult to find a multivitamin without B complex that suits her. Affordable, great addition to my supplement routine in the morning. It is said to lower cholesterol, and improve heart health. It provides me with a boost of energy as I go through my daily walk. Reduces the inflammation to my turn meniscus. I walk 5 miles 5 days a week.

Good product! I’m sensitive to vitamins. These vitamins don’t make my stomach upset, they don’t make me feel off, if anything I feel good when I take them. I take one with a meal, twice a day to prevent any side effects. And has been working just fine. I would repurchase!
