These bottles freeze well. They don't crack or explode as long as you leave room enough for your liquid to expand. Seals well too. I use them for typical drinks on the run because it holds a lot but is still a good shape to squeeze into tight lunch bags or coolers. Haven't tried for smoothies yet cuz we drink those right away no storage needed. I mostly I use them for frozen margaritas. I make 6-8 for a girl's night every Friday. I do it the night before mix everything add a bit of water and voila. Slushie goodness ready to pour and enjoy. I personally think it tastes better than adding ice to the regular mix n blending. I've had them about 6 months and theyve held up to drops on the floor so the thickness is good but still give flexibility for squeezing chunks of mix out too. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This is now the third set of these plastic bottles. We have a water dispenser, seem to drink more water with water bottles so purchase these because it makes it very convenient to wash, refill, grab and go these bottles. We fill these bottles and place in the frig so they will be cold and ready to grab. My brother and his wife liked them, so I sent them the link and they also ordered them.
