Incompetent service. Product not working.
On the second day of installation, the following complaint was raised. ' The actuator is too hard to press'.Low points-1)The technician asked me to arrange for the plumber from my side at my cost to save his clothes from probably getting wet.( this was the reason shared with me)2) The problem could not get resolved and has stayed pending.3) the technician exercised unsafe practices, got a glass bottle broke and hurt himself a bit in the process.4) there is no feedback call has been received from Carysil, till now
